Admission Rules

RULES FOR ADMISSION

Parents are requested to fill the prescribed admission form with utmost accuracy.

The minimum age limit for admission in Pre-Nursery, Nursery and Pre-Primary shall be 2.4 years, 3 years and 4 years, respectively by 31st March of the year of the admission.

The School authorities reserve the right to admit or refuse admission to any child.

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED AT THE TIME OF ADMISSION

Admission granted would be subject to cancellation in case of false information or non-submission of the below mentioned requisite documents within stipulated time. :

1. Birth Certificate of the child issued by MCD/competent authority
2. Aadhar Card of: (a) Child (b) Father (c) Mother (d) Guardian (if Applicable)
3. Three Photos of: (a) Child (b) Father (c) Mother (d) Guardian (if Applicable)
4. Residence Proof ([Any of Passport/Voter ID Card (EPIC)/Aadhar Card / UID Card/ MTNL Telephone Bill/ Water Bill/Electricity Bill] in the name of any of the parent or child / Domicile Certificate of child or of his/her parent/ [Ration Card/Smart Card] issued in the name of parent having name of the child).
5. Proof of Distance: (Printout from google map), regarding the distance between parent’s residence and main gate of the school.
6. School Medical Fitness Certificate of the child (from competent authority only)
7. School Leaving Certificate of the Last School attended (Original, if applicable)
8. Progress Report of last class studied of the Last School attended (if applicable)
9. Certificate of Annual Income of: (a) Father (b) Mother
10. Highest Qualification Certificate of: (a) Father (b) Mother
11. Caste Certificate of SC/ST/OBC (if applicable)
12. Minority Certificate: Sikh/ Muslim/ Christian/ Buddhist/Jain/Parsi (if applicable)
13. Copy of Transfer Letter (if applicable)
14. Certificate of Adopted Child (if applicable)
15. Certificate of PWD (Person with Disability) (if applicable)
16. Proof of Sibling: Photocopy of School ID / Fee Slip (if applicable)

Please Note that:

1. Limited Seats/Admission available are on the First come First Serve basis.
2. Presence of student is must at the time of admission.
3. The admission process will not be initiated in absence of any of the above documents mentioned above.
4. Parents of selected child are required to submit the fee at the time of admission.
5. Original documents along with one set of Self Attested Documents are to be produced at the time of admission.
6. To meet distance criteria, it is compulsory to submit, the print from google map (https://maps.google.co.in), regarding the distance between parent’s residence and main gate of the school.
